After graduating with a degree in Japanese-English, I started sharing my home country of Romania with travelers as a part-time job. Seven years later, guiding and leading tours has become my full-time career, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. One of my favorite parts of traveling is the food—I truly believe that happiness comes through the stomach, and food has a unique way of bringing people together. I’m passionate about exploring new places, diving into different cultures, and tasting as many new dishes as I can, especially when I get to share these experiences with like-minded travelers.
I’ve led plenty of tours around the world, but with Wandering Earl Tours, I have the chance to showcase a side of Romania that isn’t often highlighted. I love being able to give travelers a full picture of life here, from meaningful interactions with locals to supporting small businesses. It’s a way to help preserve our culture and traditions, which I believe is vital for any country. I really love this side of responsible tourism.
